Pet Angel, LLC Special Circumstances Policy

During your absence, special circumstances may arise that were unanticipated. Such circumstances may include (but not limited to) special veterinary needs and emergencies or damages to property.

If any such circumstance should arise, I shall notify you of the circumstance and may proposed course of action to address it. After obtaining your consent (or the consent of your designated agent if you are unavailable to contact), I shall take such approved actions at a cost to you for my time at the rate of one and one-half times the normal visit price for visits between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., and two times the normal visit price for visits between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M. together with reimbursement to me for any costs or expenses incurred by me in connection with such actions.
