Payment Policy
- Pet Angel, LLC accepts checks, cash, PayPal, Venmo payable to Pet Angel Santa Fe or Pet Angel LLC. No credit card processing at this time.
- 100% upfront payment for new clients due at initial meeting for Overnight, Day & Night, private boarding in order to secure your booking.
- No money return if you shorten your trip. Credit towards your future pet service may be applicable in certain situations.
- If you expect to be late from your trip and notify me ASAP, I will do my best to provide extra visits and hours of care.
- An extra 50% fee will be charged for major Holidays service.
- Additional charges may apply in special circumstances.
